Glenough Wind Farm

Glenough was the second project planned and commissioned by ABO Wind Ireland. It is located in Glenough, County Tipperary and has been producing electricity since 2011. It is operated by ABO Invest AG.

The wind farm consists of ten Nordex N90 turbines as well as four Nordex N80 turbines and has a total capacity of 35 megawatts. The turbines produce approx. 109 million kilowatt hours per year, an output that equals the supply of 65,000 people.
