Annual Shareholder‘s Meeting 2009
With great unanimity, the shareholders of ABO Wind have passed all resolutions during the ordinary shareholders’ meeting on Thursday July 9th, 2009. The shareholders present at the meeting were representing roughly 86% of the shareholders’ capital and made a unanimous decision retain the profit of 4.83 million Euro from 2008 for future investments. The suggestion by the board of management, to forego payment of a dividend, was accepted by the shareholders in light of the current financial crisis. The discharge of the board of management and supervisory board for the financial year 2008 was another unanimous decision. Furthermore, a new auditor was chosen by those present with a great majority.
